Ms. Butler, BA, MSA, Doctoral Candidate

Ms. Butler, BA, MSA has over 15 years of experience in Consulting, Coaching and Training executive staff.  She specializes in Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Evaluation Processes and Risk and Budget Management.  She has built her business model on the basis of providing strategies for organizations to evolve and grow in this ever changing business climate.

She has a special gift to motivate teams of professionals to become high performing individuals while incorporating company goals.  Her passion spans from boots on the ground framework to coaching high level executive staff into the next innovative way of service delivery.

She has industry experience in the following sectors:  Compliance and Auditing, Technology, Mental Health, Financial Services and Healthcare Consultancy.  She has working experience and is able to conduct business in the United States; specific cities include:  all of the Midwest Region, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Houston, Los Angeles, Nebraska and Charlotte.  Internationally she has working knowledge in the United Kingdom.

To date, her and her team of licensed Social Workers in Ohio and Illinois have completed over 500 Mental Health PASRR (Pre-Admission Screening Resident Reviews) assessments per the Federal Government requirement for long term care and Psychiatric facilities.  These intellectual/developmental disability assessments evaluate an individual’s need for the most appropriate setting based on their recommendations.

Ms. Butler spent over 10 years working in the Ohio penal system and she has written a thesis paper on the “Effects of Alcohol and Drug Treatment Models in the Prison System”.  She has also been the presenter on a panel of women speakers on the topic of Domestic Abuse and Survival.

Ms. Butler has presented to colleagues at an annual conference on the “Principles and Practices of Auditing Independent Providers” in Ashville, NC.  She was part of a team of professionals who saved a state agency over $2 million in fraudulent billing fees within a one year timeframe.

She is a contributing writer for monthly newsletters and has appeared on online Podcasts featuring Healthcare industry updates and trends.

She is the founder and Executive Director of I See You Family and Community Services non-profit agency in Ohio and Florida.  Her service skills include:   Coordinating community outreach, communication and presentation skills, coaching national service providers, Business Strategist and motivational speaking.
